We missed out on the original place we wanted to see and she immediately came back with a video of place coming on the mark in near future. Kate is quite simply the best property manager I have ever experienced, and I say that as someone who is separately both a tenant and a landlord. This is exactly how the rest of the profession should operate. She is not only genuine and friendly, but also extremely hard-working. She perfectly facilitates the interactions between both parties in the typical rental scenario, and keeps everyone updated in a timely fashion.
